Shipping

Orders are shipped from the UK using tracked delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are 2–3 working days within the UK and 5–14 working days for international orders, depending on the destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

For destinations not available at checkout, please get in touch via email for a shipping quote.

Return

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please get in touch via email within this period.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and securely packaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As each piece is produced in small batches and individually hand-finished, slight variations may occur and are part of the nature of the making process.

Please note that commissioned or personalised pieces are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging.
